All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) Number.
You must contact us within two weeks (or 10 business days) of merchandise receipt for an RA Number.
All shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Halloween Exclusion Dates: All orders placed between October 13th and November 3rd are considered final sale.
We do not accept returns on orders exceeding two weeks (or 10 business days) of merchandise receipt.
Items being returned MUST be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging.
We do not accept returns on the following:
Accessories (including hats, masks, make-up, jewelry or weapons)
Lingerie & Hosiery (and any other apparel that covers the crotch area)
Special orders or orders containing over 12 pieces of the same item.
Processing a Return
Contact us within 10 days of receiving your merchandise to obtain an RA Number. You may do this by submitting an online form, giving us a call or sending us an email.
When you are preparing to ship your item(s) back to us, please write your RA Number clearly on the outside of your package and include a copy of your invoice inside. You may ship all returns back to:

Your package must be post-marked within 5 days of our issuing you an RA Number. Packages post-marked after 5 days will be subject to additional fees.
Once we receive the package, your items will go through an inspection. When your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
While it usually takes only about 1 week to process a return, it can take up to 3 weeks during our busy season in September/October.
If you would like to return your merchandise for another item, please place a new order online for the new item(s). We will process this as a separate order and will issue you a refund for the first order once we have processed the return.
Restocking fees are calculated based on 20% of the full amount of the merchandise. Tax and shipping & handling fees are not included. You will be charged a restocking fee if:
Items are returned without a RA Number.
Your package was refused or undeliverable.
Your order was placed with a Free Shipping promotion
