We offer Federal Express (FedEx), United Parcel Services (UPS), and United States Postal Services (USPS) as our shipping options. In addition, due to a recent upgrade in our system, we are pleased to announce that we now offer a guaranteed delivery date. The guaranteed delivery date is the latest day that your package will arrive. In many cases, a package may arrive earlier. To assist you in planning, you can track your order online once it leaves our warehouse.
Please note that guaranteed delivery dates are ONLY valid for items labeled with the status "In Stock (Ready to Ship)."
Shipping and Handling Charges
Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the method of shipping you select, the address that the package is being sent to, and the number of items in your shopping cart combined with the total weight and dimensions required to ship your order.
How quickly you receive your order depends on the current processing time and the shipping method you choose at the time of checkout. For example, if our current processing time is 1 business day and you select the standard shipping option of 2-5 days, you can expect to receive your order in 3-6 days. Here is an illustration of this calculation:
Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
For all off-season orders, we anticipate a processing time of 1 business day for both domestic and international shipments. This means that your order will leave our warehouse 1 business day after it is placed. However, orders placed during the month of October may experience a longer processing time due to a high volume of orders.
Note: Any guaranteed delivery dates provided do not apply to Army Post Office (APO), Fleet Post Office (FPO), or international addresses.
Domestic Shipping Options
PureCostumes.com offers FedEx, UPS, and USPS as domestic shipping options. All orders being shipped to P.O. Box, Army Post Office (APO), Fleet Post Office (FPO), and international addresses must select a USPS shipping method. The options for domestic shipping are as follows:
Please note that all timeframes stated above are shipping times. Therefore, to obtain the total delivery time, you will also have to factor in our processing time.
International Shipping Options
We offer two shipping options for international shipments. These options are as follows:
USPS International Priority Mail (6-10 business days) USPS International Express Mail (3-5 business days)
Please note that at the moment, our system can only support international orders from Australia, Canada and the UK. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Note that International orders may be subject to additional fees. We are not responsible for duties, taxes, and clearance fees.
Delivery Attempts / Signature Required for USPS Express Shipping
All USPS Express packages will require a signature. USPS will make 3 attempts to deliver a package. If no one is present to accept the delivery after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us.
Occasionally, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When this happens, we issue a refund less shipping charges. Additionally, if the package was refused, we will also assess a 20% restocking fee. We are unable to reship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you still wish to purchase items, you will have to place a new order.
Tracking Your Order
When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. In this email, we will also include a tracking number. This tracking number can be used to track your order at the FedEx, UPS, or USPS website (depending on which carrier you selected). You may also track your order by logging on to your account on our website.
